Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the content, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent.

Required Information for Counter-Notification

1. Identification of the material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
2. Good faith statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
3. Contact information: Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, the jurisdiction of any district in which TigerSlots 777 may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
4. Physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Processing of DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled
• Provide the user with the DMCA notice (including the complainant's contact information)
• Terminate repeat infringers' accounts as appropriate

Processing of Counter-Notifications

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will:

• Forward the counter-notification to the original complainant
• Inform the complainant that we will restore the removed material in 10-14 business days
• Restore the material in 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action seeking an injunction

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, TigerSlots 777 has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
