Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

Required Information for DMCA Takedown Notice

  • Contact Details Provide our consultants with your details including address, telephone number and email address.

  • "As required by the DMCA we must ask you to provide an "accuracy statement" to the designated agent for this website. You are advised that providing false information to the designated agent constitutes perjury."

How to Submit a DMCA Notice

DMCA notices should be emailed to the Copyright Agent at [DMCA].

Counter-Notification

If you believe that content which you posted on the Network (or access to which was disabled by us) was removed or disabled in connection with a copyright complaint (or if to which you believe you believe that you have the sole and legitimate right to post and use such content including any express authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to any applicable law or regulation), you may submit a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent (the “Counter-Notification”).

You must also include your telephone number so that the copyright owner may call you with questions or to resolve the matter. If you desire to keep your matter confidential, please indicate in complaint that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your district and that you agree that acceptance of service by the person who provided the original DMCA notification or by such person's agent shall be effective. Processing of DMCA Notices

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

  • Please remove the allegedly infringing content from your site(s) and otherwise cease and desist from using or providing access to such content.

  • Let the user who posted the content know that it's been removed or been disabled.

  • I'd like to show the DMCA abuse notification to the user with the complainant's contact information so that they know who the abuser is.

  • Terminate repeat infringers' accounts as appropriate

Processing of Counter-Notifications

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will:

  • Forward the counter-notification to the original complainant

  • I will make sure to inform the complainant of these proceedings, the removed content will be published within 10-14 business days.

  • You can expect your content to be restored within 10-14 business days unless a court action is filed seeking an injunction.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Copyright law is protected to the fullest extent possible by various legislative actions including the DMCA. It is therefore a condition of use of this website that repeat infringers of copyright will have their accounts terminated.
